Workshop ‘Wear your ideas’

We look at how letters, words and simple shapes like circles, lines, stars or waves can be cut, stretched, layered and repeated. A letter can become a pattern, a word can turn into a picture, and a shape can feel playful, strong or calm depending on how it looks. Children sketch their ideas first, then make their own stamps and stencils to print with. Some will design a bold symbol, some a pattern, others their name, an initial or a favourite word. Every T-shirt turns out different, and that’s exactly the point.
What we explore: letters, shapes, graphics, pattern, printing
What they take home: a printed T-shirt designed by them
Good to know: textile paint doesn’t wash out, so please choose old clothes or bring an apron
Break: Halfway through each workshop, we take a short break together with a healthy snack. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary needs on the registration form.

For parents
Nina and Tina experience creating and leading creative workshops for children. We love working with children and creative learning, and keep our groups small so every child has space to explore and experiment.
Both instructors hold a valid VOG (Certificate of Good Conduct).
Cancellation policy
If your child can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations up to 7 days before the workshop will receive a full refund. For cancellations within 7 days of the workshop, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund, unless we are able to fill the place with another participant.
If we need to cancel the workshop, you will of course receive a full refund.
Registration
To register, send us an email with your child’s name and age. We’ll then send you a short registration form to complete with some additional information, including parent/guardian contact details, languages spoken, allergies and anything else we should know about your child.
